During therapy the client is allowed to lay back on a custom treatment table in complete comfort. You can easily insert your own pencil-size rectal cleansing nozzle instead of speculum.The water then will go in real easy ,gravity fed.Your large intestines will gently fill up with warm water,and when you feel the urge or need to evacuate, just give a little push out as if initiating a bowel movement.The rectal tube will stay inserted and whatever needs to pass from the colon will pass around the tube and down the drain and through a visible clear tube so you can see the results.Modern colon hydrotherapy equipment has multistage water purification systems, individual disposables which eliminate any possible contamination to the client from a previous treatment. After each therapy session, the unit is thoroughly cleansed and disinfected in preparation for future.

Number of treatments needed 

Times could be different depending on individual cases (age, lifestyle, bowel movement habits,personal objective,etc)and advises will be given at the first consultation.In general,there is no set rules and Just "listen to your body".If you have a pretty healthy lifestyle or just need mild cleanse, 3 or 4 times a year will be fine.However,for optimum results, we recommend a series of 8-10 sessions depending on your condition since years of improper nutrition can not possible be reversed in few times.On average,for average adult to do a decent cleanse,it usually takes 2 sessions the first week, 2 the second week,then once a week for a minimum of 4-7 sessions a year.It is advisable to have a maintenance plan after initial series completion ,as fecal plague can built up in the colon for years and years.The requirements for maintenance may vary according to your personal need as you become more self-aware of your body.
